Dr. Yoji Natori works on issues related to the Convention on Biological Diversity, the biodiversity aspect of REDD+, as well as domestic conservation issues.
Yoji Natori is the ecosystem policy manager of Conservation International-Japan. He holds a Ph.D. in land resources (landscape ecology) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. At Conservation International, his responsibilities include the issues related to the Convention on Biological Diversity, biodiversity aspect of REDD+, as well as domestic conservation issues such as KBA identification. He co-manages two reforestation/forest conservation projects in the Philippines. Before joining Conservation International, he worked at Japan Wildlife Research Center and Ecosystem Conservation Society of Japan, with one year appointment to the Ministry of the Environment.​​
