Jeanne-Marie Ryan

Prior to joining Conservation International, Jeanne-Marie was chief people, culture and performance officer at Fair Trade USA, where she led global people strategy and operations. Her international career includes talent innovation and HR transformation with a variety of organizations and industries across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia-Pacific and the United States — including Fortune 500 financial services, technology, education, industrial, agribusiness and digital marketing organizations. Her leadership roles have also included leading people and strategy initiatives at scale, including diversity, equity and inclusion, people operations, and talent and change management.
Jeanne-Marie has master’s and bachelor’s degrees from University College Dublin, and completed her post-graduate studies at the National University of Ireland. A native of Ireland, she is now based in Conservation International’s Arlington, VA office.
