Jennifer Morris became President of Conservation International in 2017. She leads the more than 1,000 scientists, policy experts and passionate conservation professionals in 27 countries worldwide working to achieve the organization’s mission of protecting nature for the well-being of humanity.

Sebastian Troëng, Ph.D.

Executive Vice President

As Executive Vice President, Dr. Sebastian Troëng leads the delivery of conservation solutions across Conservation International’s field programs. This work spans 27 countries and the world’s oceans and is supported by more than 600 staff in the Africa Field Division, Americas Field Division, Asia-Pacific Field Division and the Center for Oceans.

Johan Rockström, Ph.D.

Chief Scientist

Johan Rockström is Chief Scientist at Conservation International. He also serves as co-director of the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research, one of Europe’s leading centers for climate change and sustainability research.

Kristine Zeigler

Chief Development Officer

Kristine Zeigler has spent the past 20 years as a professional fundraiser, finding the necessary financial resources to safeguard animals and nature. As Conservation International’s Chief Development Officer, Zeigler provides the overall direction and leadership for the organization’s philanthropic strategy.

Richard Jeo, Ph.D.

Senior Vice President, Asia-Pacific Field Division

Dr. Richard Jeo directs Conservation International’s work in the Asia-Pacific region, overseeing strategies and outcomes in 13 countries. He guides the organization’s role in international and regional networks, as well as partnerships with both the private and public sectors to achieve the best outcomes for people and nature.
