Things might look a little different around here... Welcome to Conservation International’s new digital presence.

INVEST IN OUR
FUTURE

As a member of the Emerald Circle, you’ll join a vibrant community of passionate supporters who work to build a future where nature and people thrive together. United by generosity and vision, Emerald Circle donors spark ideas, seize opportunities and drive lasting change.

Friend,

Like the forests at Earth’s equator that support life across the planet, Conservation International’s Emerald Circle is a community dedicated to sustaining nature everywhere. Through annual gifts of $1,000 or more, Emerald Circle members provide the flexible funding required to pilot, scale and sustain programs that protect our world's most irreplaceable ecosystems.

Our work is only possible because of the support of generous people like you. I hope you’ll join me on this adventure of a lifetime – we'd love to have you by our side.

Yours,

Patricia Zurita,
Executive Vice President and Chief Global Partnerships Officer

Recent Highlights

The Emerald Circle supports historic conservation efforts in dozens of countries spanning five continents. A few highlights from our last impact report:

  • In the remote forests of northwestern Bolivia, we are working with local governments and Indigenous communities to create a massive, interconnected mosaic of nature reserves spanning 10 million hectares (25 million acres), an area nearly the size of Iceland.
  • In China, we are securing the livelihoods of 40 million people who depend on Poyang Lake, the country's largest freshwater lake and a vital source of water to cities like Shanghai.
  • In Madagascar, we are helping local farmers prepare for future droughts while boosting their crop yields, benefitting 24,000 people in the country's rural heartland.
