Edgardo Ochoa
Edgardo Ochoa is a scientific diver and dive instructor with more than 3,800 dives to date spanning from Tropical to Arctic Waters.
He began his underwater career off of the pacific coast of Mexico where he established the Scientific Diving Program at Centro Interdisciplinario de Ciencias Marinas (CICIMAR-IPN) in La Paz, México. He later moved to the Republic of Panama to become the diving safety officer for the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute where he became the acting scientific diving officer.
