As a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) specialist, Henry will lead efforts to enhance Conservation International’s existing M&E initiatives, strengthen frameworks and standardize practices to align with the organization’s goals and key performance indicators. Henry's role involves developing a shared vision and a coherent approach to M&E — optimizing results measurement and creating reporting efficiencies.
Henry has nearly a decade of experience in research, monitoring and evaluation — with a focus on projects in fragile and conflict-affected states. He brings a wealth of expertise in strategic advice, project implementation and community-focused development initiatives. Henry holds a master's degree in development studies and is pursuing a Master of Science in Wildlife Biology and Conservation at Edinburgh Napier.
