Accountability and Grievance Mechanism

The CI-GEF Project Agency Accountability and Grievance Mechanism can be accessed when necessary to manage project-related grievances that cannot be resolved by a project’s Executing Agency. Read the policy »

If you should need to file a grievance:

  1. Contact the Executing Agency managing the project on the ground.

  2. If the Executing Agency is unable to resolve the grievance or does not respond within 30 days of filing the claim, please contact the Conservation International Director of Compliance (DOC) who can be reached at:
