Accountability and Grievance Mechanism

Guinean Forests Integrated Program

Welcome to Conservation International-Guinean Forests Integrated Program (GFIP) Global Coordination Project’s Feedback & Grievance mechanism. We would love to hear your feedback, whether it is positive or suggests areas for improvement. Sometimes, no matter how well a project is planned and implemented, it can still have unexpected impacts. These feedback mechanisms are the cornerstone of accountability. They allow CI to identify and respond to stakeholder complaints and concerns about our work in a timely and transparent way.

Follow the steps below to submit your concerns, complaints, or positive feedback about CI’s GFIP Regional Coordination Project, receive a timely response to acknowledge and address the issue.

Feedback/Grievances related to the Guinean Forests Integrated Program country projects activities will be referred to the grievance mechanisms established at the country level, GEF agencies level (CI-GEF, IUCN, FAO), or the GEF depending on the nature of the feedback/grievance and in dialogue with the feedback provider/complainant.
