Welcome to Conservation International-Ecosystem Restoration Integrated Program (ERIP) Global Coordination Project’s Feedback & Grievance mechanism. We would love to hear your feedback, whether it is positive or suggests areas for improvement. Sometimes no matter how well a project is planned and implemented, it can still have unexpected impacts. These feedback mechanisms are the cornerstone of accountability. They allow CI to identify and respond to stakeholder complaints and concerns about our work in a timely and transparent way.
Follow the steps below to submit your concerns, complaints, or positive feedback about CI’s ERIP Global Coordination Project, receive a timely response to acknowledge and address the issue.
Feedback/Grievances related to Ecosystem Restoration Integrated Program country projects activities will be referred to the grievance mechanisms established at the country level, GEF agencies level (CI-GEF, IUCN, IFAD, World Bank, UNDP, UNEP, FAO), or the GEF depending on the nature of the feedback/grievance and in dialogue with the feedback provider/complainant.
About the Global Coordination Project
The Ecosystem Restoration Integrated Program is coordinated through the Global Coordination Project (GCP). This project serves as a strategic hub to advance the program's objectives. It facilitates a coherent and innovative approach to knowledge management and exchange, coordinates program activities, engages stakeholders, and promotes inclusive governance.
