http://www.conservation.org/southafrica The Kookskerm project is a kind of a food route where tourists can taste different kinds of traditional foods at each village on the route through the Kamiesberg. Each kookskerm is constructed of natural materials removed sustainably from the verd and provides jobs to the local community members. Conservation South Africa is a member of the Conservation International (CI) network.
