Informing people of a problem is the first step toward taking action. The VeePos, a monthly publication produced and distributed by Conservation South Africa (CSA) does exactly that. The VeePos focuses on informing the community members and CSA partners of the environmental factors affecting their livelihoods, like the damaging long term effects of soil erosion on the local wetlands and livestock communities. Listen to Tina Rooi, of Leliefontein, South Africa, discuss the benefits of this news and how it has changed her community. The VeePos represents one example of how CSA works to connect with and educate the local communities. | http://southafrica.conservation.org Follow CI on Twitter: http://www.twitter.com/ConservationOrg Follow CI on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/conservation.intl
