Kristine Zeigler has spent the past 20 years as a professional fundraiser, finding the necessary financial resources to safeguard animals and nature. As Conservation International’s Chief Development Officer, Zeigler provides the overall direction and leadership for the organization’s philanthropic strategy.
Senior Vice President, Asia-Pacific Field Division
Dr. Richard Jeo directs Conservation International’s work in the Asia-Pacific region, overseeing strategies and outcomes in 13 countries. He guides the organization’s role in international and regional networks, as well as partnerships with both the private and public sectors to achieve the best outcomes for people and nature.
Senior Vice President, Center for Oceans
For over two decades, Aulani Wilhelm has worked to protect the ocean and the resources it provides. As the senior vice president of the Conservation International Center for Oceans she will build on her past successes, helping to lead the designation of the Papahānaumokuākea Marine National Monument and founding the Big Ocean Network, to protect the marine resources that people rely on for food, livelihoods and culture.

Hank Cauley leads Conservation International’s Center for Environmental Leadership in Business, which works across a range of industries to create and implement sustainable business practices that deliver benefits for local people, for the environment and for the bottom line.

Kristen Walker Painemilla is Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the Policy Center for Environment and Peace at Conservation International. Kristen leads Conservation International's efforts on social and environmental governance. Her work enables Conservation International to influence global conservation priorities, policies and public funding that target major international, regional and national policy development processes to amplify Conservation International's work and improve well-being for people worldwide.

Michael O’Brien-Onyeka is Senior Vice President for the Africa Field Division at Conservation International. In this role, he is leading a refreshed Conservation International Africa strategy focused on sustaining the nature that Africans rely on to thrive, building on Conservation International’s successes across Africa, and leveraging the Gaborone Declaration for Sustainability in Africa (GDSA) to drive a new sustainable development paradigm across the continent.
Executive Director, Critical Ecosystem Partnership Fund
Olivier Langrand leads the Critical Ecosystem Partnership Fund (CEPF), a multi-donor fund dedicated to protecting biodiversity hotspots — the planet’s most biologically diverse yet threatened areas — through the support of civil society organizations. Conservation International is one of CEPF’s global donors and hosts the CEPF Secretariat at its headquarters.

Bambi Semroc is the Vice President of Sustainable Markets and Strategy for Conservation International's Center for Environmental Leadership in Business. In this role, she leads the Sustainable Coffee Challenge, an industry-wide effort led by Conservation International to make coffee the first sustainable agricultural product in the world.
