The Wildscreen Festival is the world's largest, most prestigious and influential event for the wildlife and environmental filmmaking industry.

Celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2007 the Festival still holds true to its founding aim – to celebrate and promote excellence within the wildlife media industry, thereby increasing the global viewing public's awareness and understanding of nature and the urgent need to conserve it. This year Wildscreen is partnering with Conservation International through the Earth in Focus initiative to bring further attention to conservation issues to nature film audiences.

Wildscreen takes place in the city of Bristol, in the United Kingdom every other year. The next Wildscreen takes place October 19-24, 2008.
