Resorts World Sentosa

In January 2014, Conservation International and Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore announced a new partnership, set for an initial period of five years. The partnership centers on collaborating with Resort World Sentosa’s Marine Life Park, which houses the world’s largest aquarium and saw over three million unique visitors in its first year of operations.

The partnership is focused on conservation, science, public education and fundraising. It provides a unique opportunity to educate, inspire and connect large numbers of people from urban populations to the magic of marine ecosystems and to highlight the importance of healthy marine environments for human well-being. It provides a good complement to our work with stakeholders and communities in the region with the aim of maintaining and conserving the largest and most important remaining areas of nature.
