2005, glassybaby — the maker of hand-blown candle holders — has supported CI’s conservation efforts through the company’s giving program, including the “nature is speaking” collection designed exclusively for CI’s
Nature Is Speaking campaign and featuring etched representations of each character.
glassybaby votives are created by artists in 400+ colors. It takes four artists to create each unique glassybaby at a Seattle studio before being sent to customers all over the world.
The company was founded by a three-time cancer survivor who made it the glassybaby mission to donate money from sales to charities dedicated to healing and quality of life. To date, glassybaby has donated more than US$ 400,000 to CI.
In 2015, glassybaby launched the glassybaby white light fund to help create a society in which everyone can access healing and embrace wellness. By partnering with like-minded non-profits, the glassybaby white light fund seeks to give financial and emotional assistance to those in need, in order to promote hope and healing.
glassybaby and its white light fund have also hosted a number of CI events and provided glassybaby products free of charge as centerpieces for CI’s events to help reduce expenditures. For more information, please visit glassybabywhitelightfund.org.
