Piotr’s work on the distribution of invertebrates helps CI establish conservation priorities and promotes awareness of the crucial role our small, often ignored neighbors play in nature’s web of life.

Piotr’s astonishing photobook The Smaller Majority, published in 2005 demonstrates both his incredible knowledge about invertebrates (and amphibians and reptiles as well) and his eye for the colors, lighting, and perspectives that bring these animals to life before our eyes.
