May 2012: An article about CI's efforts to protect ecosystems in the Asia-Pacific region appeared in the Cathay Pacific Discovery in-flight magazine.

In 2011, CI and Cathay Pacific partnered together on the Green Explorer program to bring high school students from around the world to rural China to provide first-hand learning about the importance of ecosystem conservation for the protection of freshwater services, biodiversity, and sustainable development. Cathay Pacific also provided information about CI and its work to passengers via in-flight entertainment magazines and videos.
