CI and BG Group worked together from 2006-2010.
BG Group and CI's
multi-year collaboration enabled CI to conduct photographic training workshops and expeditions in Africa, Asia, and Latin America for field staff, as well as expeditions to remote areas and exhibits of resulting photography. Purchasing photo equipment, building CI’s image library, and documenting relatively unknown plants, animals and communities were also part of the partnership.
BG Group also hosted photo exhibits in the U.S., Europe and South America that demonstrated the power of images in conserving the Earth’s living heritage and global diversity.
