White-faced Gnome Katydid

Only two females have been found of this tiny species.

It is a species potentially new to science, and probably also belongs to a new genus, closely related to Parangara with one species from Peru.

It lives at 1200 – 1800 m.

On a RAP survey, Tepuyes of the Upper Nangaritza River and Cordillera del Cóndor, Provincia de Zamora-Chinchipe, Ecuador, South America.
