Vic Arrington has joined our team as the Senior Vice President for the Center for Environmental Leadership in Business (CELB). Vic comes to CI with a diverse background in the private and non-profit sectors, in the US and around the world. He began his private sector career with Citibank in the Middle East, and has held positions at McKinsey & Company, Cox Cable and as Deputy Managing Director of France’s largest cable television company. Vic has extensive consulting experience, with both private and nonprofit organizations, including Save the Children, Mercy Corps and TechnoServe. He also has held senior staff positions in the Clinton Climate Initiative where he was responsible for promoting energy efficiency with global real estate companies. He has served as Executive Vice President of Future Generations, leading environmental programs in China, community development programs in India, Afghanistan and Peru, and most recently, Vic has served as Associate Principal to Partners in Performance, an international management consulting firm focused on the mining sector.

Vic’s interests include sailing, skiing, hiking, biking, tennis, racquetball, opera, classical music, cooking, traveling, yoga and reading. Vic is married and has three grown children.
