Ants

Ants are essential to the health of ecosystems. Our scientists seek out the tiny crawlers in order to document the wealth of insects.

Fish

Freshwater fish are abundant in Cambodia, though they have been poorly studied in the past.

Reptiles and Amphibians

From turtles to snakes to frogs, these animals not only indicate for researchers the direct threats to ecosystems but also provide important information about how climate change is affecting the region.

Mammals

Often the most charismatic species in a region, large mammals are difficult to find and document. Small mammals can indicate the density of their larger relatives.
