Verde Ventures is seeking an intern to assist in reorganizing its information and assist with streamlining data flows. Working in close collaboration with the Verde Ventures coordinator, Fund manager and the Finance team, the successful applicant will support the team with identified information gaps and assist with the transition to a new information management system. There may be opportunities to support the development of specific investment opportunities.
As a result of this position, Verde Ventures will have updated all its financial, social and environmental information for its clients, and transitioned them to a new reporting structure.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Historical information - collection and organizing in erooms
-
Client Historical Information - collection and organizing of compliance documentation in erooms

Client M&E Information - collection and organizing in erooms and for investor reporting

Pipeline Marketing - Support the marketing of Verde Ventures in electronic media and networks & ensure appropriate introductory responses are handled.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university

One to two years related experience OR combination of education and experience

Strong interpersonal, organizational and written communication skills

Ability to field multiple competing requests at short notice in a professional manner

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, web, networking sites)
- Foreign language skills (French/Spanish)
