Includes maintaining supplies for the office, kitchen, printers and copy machines. Sorting and distributing mail. Assist in organizing meeting rooms, back-up relief receptionist. Provide basic printer support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with the maintenance of office and kitchen supply inventories in the main supply room. Restock Kitchens and mini supply rooms. Assist with maintaining office equipment (e.g., printers, postage meters and copiers) including paper, toner. Maintain copier usage reading logs. Mailroom management including sorting and delivery of daily mail and special deliveries. Relief receptionist duties will include the ability to answer a multi-line phone system and direct calls to the appropriate party in a professional manner when needed. Assist Facilities Coordinator with meeting room preparation when needed. Maintain neat and orderly mailroom general work area and shipping and receiving room.
