Son of Walmart founder Sam Walton, Rob Walton has been Walmart's chairman of the board of directors since 1992.
Since joining Walmart in 1969, Rob has served as senior vice president, secretary and general counsel and vice chairman.
Prior to his employment at Walmart, Rob was in private practice as a partner with the law firm of Conner and Winters in Tulsa, Okla.
Rob attended Wooster College and graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1966 with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. He received a juris doctor degree in 1969 from the Columbia University School of Law in New York. Rob is also a trustee at Wooster College.
