Loyiso Ndlovu

 
 

Loyiso is the Executive Director of Isithebe Trust, a consulting and investment business. Loyiso has worked in both private and public sector, and is well versed on Strategy development and human capital development in both sectors. She has broad experience in business strategy positioning across the sectors of Development Finance, Information Technology, and Print publishing.

Loyiso ran her own management-consulting firm, UnAfriSol in partnership with a large South African IT firm. During her work life, she has tried to focus upon creating collaborative resonance between private sector and NGOS's through her work as the Regional Manager for the Western and Northern Cape at Development Bank of Southern Africa. She has aligned the principles of "passion with purpose, strategy and people." In her last role at DBSA, as the Executive Manager Human Capital and Technology.

She has lived in the UK, Switzerland and Swaziland and is currently a trustee of the P.E.A.C.E. Foundation, an NGO focusing upon sustainable rural economic development models in addition to being a Trustee for Conservation South Africa. Loyiso is Senior Fellow at the Steve Biko Foundation, and is an ALI Fellow.
